Ken Montgomery, Advisor Sphere Real Estate Services

Ken is an experienced real estate and financial services professional who leads the Representation efforts of Advisor Sphere Real Estate Services. He recently served as Executive Director for East Dallas Community Organization a non-profit focused on developing and managing affordable housing assets.

He currently serves as the District 9 representative to the City of Dallas Public Facilities Corporation Board. Prior to joining the PFC Board, he was a City of Dallas Community Development Commissioner and has served on the City of Dallas Civil Service Board. Ken is also President of the Dallas Homeowners League.

His professional career includes more than 20 years in the financial services industry, including serving as the Director of Education for the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives, a trade association of institutional real estate investors and their broker-dealer clients. Additionally at 1st Global, he directed training programs for 1100 advisors, evaluated new product sponsor relationships for broker/dealer and managed existing sponsor relationships.
