For Ben, real estate and construction started as an interest while an adolescent. This led him to an education and career in project management, design, construction and agency negotiations developing large infrastructure projects across the western United States. While working for a major railroad, Ben always had his eye out for his next real estate deal. Believing that Ben had missed his calling, it was his own agents and mortgage brokers that pushed him to obtain his real estate license. His passion around market research, the pursuit, and negotiations; combined with his history of large-scale project management bring a unique detail orientated - big picture thinker to your real estate transaction.
